David,

I don't recall where I got the idea for using  a drywall knife for a saw
blade - somewhere online, it is not my original idea.  As far as
sharpening, it seems pretty much the same as my other dovetail saws ranging
from old English to Lie Nielsen.  With this thin stock and small teeth, the
problem is maintaining a light touch and not overdoing it.
