About Me
I'm a system administrator for the International Arctic Research Center at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. At work I struggle to replace bad technology (Windows) with better technology (OS X), or great technology (Linux). At home I do work around the house, collect my own firewood to heat our home, and practice a variety of galootish pursuits, including developing and maintaining the OldTools Archive.
Below you'll find more information. The first series of links are pages related to our house and the work I've done. The last few links include some biographical information, a Curriculum vitae, memorials for our lost family members, and a moose hunting story.
