Individual station temperature data for the Fairbanks area

The following table collects weather data from most of the available public sources, including Mesonet, the Citizen Weather Observer Program, the National Weather Service, and the Department of Defense. Some of the data is pulled directly from the website reporting the data, and the rest comes from the Meterological Assimilation Data Ingestion System (MADIS). MADIS data is updated once an hour, so that's the reporting frequency for most of the stations below. A map of the stations appears below the table and description. The links in the table will display a plot of the temperature data over the last seven days for that station.

All observations from the past two hours are shown, with the top table and summary statistics from the last hour. If you have JavaScript turned off, or if the table isn't formatted properly, you can view the old, non JavaScript version of this page here.

Note that many of these stations use instruments with a lower temperature limit of -40. The Airport stations don't have this limitation, and some of the private weather stations may correctly report lower than the published lower limit.
