Well, I stuck my nose in,& now I feel the ground
crumbling away. A transplanted Illinois boy,
residing in Morristown,NJ with SWMBO & 2
junior units. When I was 5, I got the urge to
build. My sister & brothers called the 'finished'
product:" a bird killer", It seems they thought a
bird house 10"x10"x10" did'nt need the two
pounds of nails I used to hold it together. It was
really,really strong though.... Started working
with antiques about 25 years ago in high school.
Currently,I do woodworking about 50% of the
time. Much of that is with the 2 antique shops I
work for, & referrals for custom stuff-repairs,built
in bookcases,some home repair. Would prefer
more cabinetmaking, more income, more tools,
yada,yada... Truly enjoy working on good
antique furniture. Say,is that one of those old enamel coke coolers full of
water & beer I see
on the corner of The Porch? I think I'll mosey on
over & see if there's any grape Nehi in there....
