Thank you to those that responded with help.For some reason the links
came back with a message that I could not connect with the
link.However I do believe that I understand all the parts in the kit
now IF I ever do decide to sharpen and set a circular saw blade with
the tools.

Searching eBay for:
Craftsman "circular saw set"
(with the quotes as shown) turns up 34 for sale, some with the
instruction manual.
Doing a web search for the same phrase finds half a dozen or more for
sale on various sites, including eBay, Kijiji, etsy, Facebook and
more.
This one on Facebook has a photo of the instruction manual, where a
couple of pages might just be readable (or not).
