ANNOUNCING THE SECOND ANNUAL "GALOOTAPALOOZA"!
August 2-3, in Chicagoland
It's hard to believe it, but it's been an entire year since
that wacky bunch of flatlanders, the Chicago Galoots, held
the original Galootapalooza. We all had so much fun the first
time, that we've thrown caution to the wind and decided to do
it all again!
The format will be basically the same as last year:
- Saturday afternoon at the offical mosh pit of Galootapalooza,
the Kane County Flea Market. Last year almost everyone scored
at the flea, we're hoping for more of the same this year...
- Saturday evening Beer-B-Q with show & tell. This year, Jerry
Serviss graciously nominated our own Russ Allen as host, so
the action will be in beautiful Rolling Meadows, IL (a few
miles NW of O'Hare).
- Sunday morning at the Garfield Farm MWTCA meet in LaFox.
That's right! An entire weekend of neanderthal debauchery!!
If you'd like to join the fun with us here in Chicago, drop
me a line. Detailed information on locations and times will
be sent to all participants soon.
Hope to see you there!
