I'd like to echo John's offer.  I will kick in to the Leach legal fund
if he wants to take on the bully Stanley.  It appears Stanley  spends 
more energy in unfounded and ridiculous legal harassment for the sake 
of "its name" than it does in making better tools.  If Stanley should 
sue anyone for abusing the name, it should be --> Stanley post WWII.
