You give a company more advertising, and do more to remember their
history than they do, and they worry about trademark infringement?

They also don't have a chance, unless they propose to ban all discussion
of Stanley tools, and by extension, Ford trucks, movies, trademarked
computers, and all other discourse about concrete items rather than
abstract ideas, from all media.
