How the hell can it be "infringement" to describe a product?
That's absurd! All I can see that maybe you should change
would be to put (TM) or (R), or whatever, after "Stanley"
wherever you use it and also add a paragraph like "Stanley
is a registered trademark of ..." somewhere in your document.
Just in case, I'm going to make me a hard copy of Stanley(R)
