I'm not a lawyer, but I think I have a winning defense for you.  We
galoots worship our planes.  Getting rid of the Blood and Gore would
infringe on our rights to practice religion as we see fit.

One caveat:  You might want to change the description of the #6 before
trying this approach :-)
