Tony's method works well for Google, not sure about Duck.

I used to do this for some of my searches but I'd have a list of excluded
sites going all the way across the screen cuz there is so much crap out
there.

And honestly I don't think there is a teardown diagram out there your best
bet would be to try George's basement hosted by George of old tools fame.
