Is this a drive-by gloat on an exquisite set of shelves finished in Gibson's
TV Yellow?
J'accuse!

A neighbor jsut gave me a nice camera that she has not used for about 5 years -
digital SLR, NIkon L110. It is fairly easy to use, but does not have the
ability to independently adjust aperture or shutter speed - but there are lots
and lots of auto setting and an auto-auto function that seems to work most of
the time.
It is doing something I can’t understand or process out. In my shop, under
fluorescent lights, things show up yellow - very yellow. Even after playing
around in the editing section of the Mac, they are not anywhere near right. And
the yellow does not show up til after the shot os taken so there is no adjusting
it out before shooting - and besides, the white balance adjustment does not do
it. Here is the best I can do with this particular shot:

click to the left a few shots and you can see what my point and shoot Canon does
- pretty good
Any suggestion from those of you who do a beautiful job in photographing your
stuff?? Even if you are no good at it like I am, any ideas?
