In my collection of tools I have a couple of boxes which contain in
total about 70 or 80 octagonal boxwood handled chisels/gouges.
It would be interesting to make a chart...
Maybe with a picture of a chisel on the top of the page with dimensions
marked..a,b,c,d,e...
I'm not all that flash with software, but I should be able to remember
how to use excel to set it up to total the columns and average it out
automatically.
Set me up with the criteria, and I'll fill in my sizes. I can add any
other contributions, and I'll upload it on my website.
