I have a Marples tapering from 9/32 to 5/32
I use it for paring end grain on bigger work.

The Howarth tapers from 3/16 to 1/8 and it's great for paring.

The little 1/4 inch wide Sorby tapers from 9/64 down to 5/64
It's quite flexible and is my go-to chisel for paring dovetails.
