Assembled Galoots:
A couple of tools have come my way that could use some identification. First is
a hammer of unusual shape. The head has a maker's mark which is an arrow that
appears to go through a circle. The opposite side is stamped "Germany". This
came from an industrial arts suite in a decommissioned school. I was wondering
about the use of such a hammer and the maker, if possible.

Second is an unusual square with a rotatable blade. The markings are faint but I
can make out the name "Topps" on the blade. Who might Topps be and what would
these markings be for? This came from my Grandfather's assemblage of old tools.
(He was much too practical to ever have a "collection")

As always, any help is appreciated. Oh, sorry for the PDF files, my camera's
files were too large to upload and I'm not sure how to condense the files.
