I know there have been similar threads in the past,  but this has a twist.

I think I am going to be given the opportunity to teach some hand tool use
at the ultimate basic level to some kids attending an alternative high
school in my community. I want to help them get a little bit of self
sufficiency. I thought our first project could be a tool tote. What tools
should be in it? I am thinking of a pine tote 30 inches long or thereabouts.

If we get to do this thing, do you think We could get some tools donated? I
Think they should have a number 4 plane, but We will need 8 to ten of em,
and I cannot fund it by myself. Would you get the Stanley 20 inch hard
tooth saws at the borg?  Gonna need chisels,and squares, hammers, some kind
of honing method. Eggbeater drill, or brace?
