To properly frame a picture,
you've got to find a blade, make a skewed shooting
plane (probably after researching plane making, and
making a coupla' easier practice planes e.g.
scrub, jack), make a mitre jack

generate your stock, and then make a frame.
Sounds like anything under 3 years would be nothing
