with the picture you posted.
Yours appears to have a definite slope from the round body, down to
(towards) the mouth of the tool. Thus the mouth gets smaller as the
blade is slid over the bevel.
On mine there is no slope. Thus moving the blade over the leading edge
of the bevel effectively closes the mouth completely. Moving it further
along the bevel will not accomplish anything.
