A computer programmer walks into an antique store. No there isn't a priest, rabi, or duck in this story. This programmer likes to fancy himself a patternmaker. (He has after all had two planes cast.) He also has a blacksmith friend who would like some small anvils cast. So what would the odds be that there would be a "$12.75 hand made anvil" in this antique store? Funny that this 6" hand made anvil is made of wood. Further, it is made of two halves aligned with unglued pegs. Perhaps the priest, rabi and duck were puzzled by this item. The programmer wasn't. He now has one less pattern to make! Russ Allen http://www.mcs.net/~rallen/pattern.html PS As porch biographer, I would like to point out that we have 399 bios in the archive. Who would like to be number 400? | |||
