Hey Bill---I'd use it for drawing bores. Yes, it's been driven hard, but
certainly not at the point.. That part's got to be meant to find its way through
the smallest 'window', and guide the tool home before the striking and wedging
take place. I'd use it for that and not much else, that I can figger.
