271531 Kirk Eppler 2020‑07‑20 Re: Weird spade bit
I’ve seen the name piloted counter bore for the modern tool.  I have one
Set that has inter changeable pilots, and Various drills.  Great for
cutting recesses for saw medallions I’d assume, since I have not used it
yet.  But it’s only been six years, no need to rush into things like this.
