I need a few chisels for an upcoming project.... part of which is to narrow
the chisels to less than 1.4 inch....
Looking for some chisels for this project..... prefer old, but new and
cheap really is just ifne.

Note that if you have 3/16 or 1/8 chisels, tor metrically 4mm or 5mm, they
are just fine....
Chisels that require work are just fine.....
