263033 "Cal Meier" <calmeier@s...> 2017‑08‑20 Life Senior US National Parks and Federal Lands pass price is jumping up.
Hi,
I apologize for this off topic submission. But, many of us like to look at
standing wood (also known as living trees), and there is real money involved.

If you are at least 62 yrs old and a American Citizen you qualify for a life
time senior pass to enter over 2000 United States federal parks and recreation
areas. On August 28, 2017 the price of the pass will jump from today’s price of
$10 to $80.

The link below will explain the details of how to get a pass and what benefits
it has for you and those traveling with you

I realize this is off topic, but some of us are a bit older.

Cal and all,
Additionally, please know that disabled veterans can obtain this pass
at no fee. Benefits are the same as the regular senior pass, but it
costs us nothing. My daughter informed us of the pass price increase
and when my wife and I went to get ours, the lady noticed my Veterans
notice on my driver's license and informed me my money was no good.
Guess there is some benefit to being old and a vet......

Just in case there are others on the list that can benefit.
