   Stephen Sheppard has a blade like that, which he uses for dovetails, 
except his is bent in the middle so that he uses one saw for everything. 
  He cuts the sides of the tails and pins with the front half of the 
blade, then pushes through for the bottoms.  I don't imagine it would be 
hard to make such a blade... all it would take is a vise and a pair of 
pliers.  I don't know if Stephens is original or homebrew.
