Hey gilutes

An acquaintance is the brother of a man named Allan Foster who died a couple of
years ago.  Allan was a seious Stanley guy and had a lot of great stuff.  It is
time to disperse the collection and my friend is looking for an appraiser or
someone who will treat him fairly in any transactions.

Anybody come to mind?  Anybody heard of Allan Foster?

Hi Ed -

A bit of a slow response, but there was an Allan Foster who was membership
director of PAST Tool Collectors in the SF Bay Area in the late 90’s.  That
organization has helped with members collections before.

I met Allan around 1998 because of his interest in english oil cans and bought a
few Kayes oilers from him.  I haven’t heard his name mentioned for more than a
few years now.
