Crash course in pattern-making, sand moulding, casting etc.

A very informative episode.

GGs, and more particularly the wooden boat building sub-interest group down the
jetty end of the porch.

I’m curious to know how complete this restoration/rebuild/new build is. 50
percent, 60, 70? I have no idea.

Any estimates? Are the tricky bits done? Plain sailing from here?

To use a familiar analogy, if Leo was working on an old timber house,
this would be the progress report:

	site establishment -- complete
	demolition -- complete
	footings -- complete

floor, wall and roof framing -- almost complete

	material acquisition -- partially complete

services rough in -- not started
	roof sheeting -- not started
external wall sheeting -- not started
	floor laying -- not started
external wall sheeting -- not started
	internal sheeting -- not started
painting and finishing -- not started
furniture fit out -- not started

So, it might look like the project is better than 60%, but it is really
way less than that...
