Today was the start of the Jacktown Steam Engine Show & Flea Market Fall
2019 event. The show actually is Saturday and Sunday but there are
usually some folks set up early. The weather was in the high 40's with
a steady 10 - 15 MPH wind. The wind on Thursday was stronger and a lot
of folks weren't set up like they usually would be.
The sky was overcast and the field was light.

A number of the guys that I was hoping to hit weren't set up yet but I
managed to snag a few goodies. There is a Stanley No. 607C Bedrock
jointer plane to restore, a Stanley No. 60 1/2 block plane, a Stanley SW
No. 237 12" aluminum level (uncommon), an E A Berg 1 1/2" butt paring
chisel, a 1/4" Stanley Everlast chisel, a 1/4" Ohio Tool firmer chisel,
a German army chisel, a couple of caulking irons, and a pair of tips for
a Starrett divider.

Tomorrow the weather will be nicer and the place should be rocking.
Tony (not looking forward to the flea season winding down).
