268549 Anthony Seo 2019‑05‑18 Spring Jacktown Engine Show Flea Market May 2019 Day 2
Today was the official opening of the annual Spring Jacktown Engine Show
flea market.   The weather was a touch cooler than yesterday but it
warmed up nicely with the abundant sunshine.  The fields were fairly
full today, although not as busy as some years have been.

The view walking in at 6:00 AM

Pickings were steady and heavy to a point.  From the blacksmithing area,
there is a square hole punch, a curved face set hammer, 4 pairs of
tongs, a denglestock (scythe sharpening anvil), a flatter, and a hand
forged cross peen hammer.

Starrett square, a saw setting wrest and screwdriver, an early Stanley
countersink, a neat brass bevel square, 4 uncommon plug cutting bits, a
pair of Stanley door butt markers, a Swedish gouge under all the patina,
a Stanley 1/4" chisel, an early Stanley No. 19 block plane, a Stanley
No. 53 spokeshave, and a pair of tanged gouges.

At least there was some volume today.
