This weekend is the annual Spring Jacktown Engine Show flea market.
This is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday but there are vendors that set
up early, so I was there. The weather was mild and sunny when I got
there but it soon clouded up. There weren't too many folks set up but
the few that were there had some goods to offer.
Some of the action.

Pickings were okay. In woodworking tools, I got an 8" Yankee brace,
good shape, but the ratchet and chuck need some attention, a set if 6
Irwin bits in the case, a carving tool and a couple of chisels, and a
Stanley SW 6" bevel square.

In the miscellaneous department, I got an herb cutting knife, a Starrett
sheet metal thickness gage, a neat machinist protractor, a nice Snell &
Atherton leather thickness gage, a big screwplate, a leather pinking
tool hand forged from a file, a sweet little H Boker divider, a saw
setting wrest and split nut screwdriver tool, a Starrett metric rule in
the case, and an old small double caliper.

Not a great pile but it was worth the effort.
And I had posted this on Facebook yesterday but this month marks my 25th
anniversary of being in the old tool business.
