Went to the antique maul yesterday and came home with a Robertson 
Combination Socket and Slot Screwdriver ?PAT? 1946 with a single slot 
driver tip. I'd like to know more about this driver, in particular

1. Were the handles always red?

2. How many and what tips did it come with?

3. What container was provided for the tips?

As well, of course, I'd be interested to obtain more of the tips and any 
such container they may have come in.
