267656 Kirk Eppler 2019‑01‑13 S & I Springfield Mass
Anyone every heard of them? Someone posted a punch on FB, wondering who
made it. Turns out they made hacksaws, chisels, etc., too. They aren't
listed in DAT, but an 1891 Hendricks Commercial register lists them in some
fairly august company.

Snippet view gives me:
"(“*S. & I*.”), *Springfield, Mass*. Greenlee Bros. Swan, Jas. Co.,
Seymour, Conn. White, L. I. J. Co. (Full Line, Including Socket Duck Bill),
Buffalo, N. Winsted Edge Tool Works (“T. H. Wither— by”), Winsted, Conn. "

Thanks for any help. Want to add them to my list of updates to DAT, if its
ever published.
