I dunno.  That sounds like some really dark ops  with black silent CIA 
helicopter & black jump suited men  descending on black webbing in the 
dead of night sort of thing - - oh yah with chemtrails.  Gotta have the 
chemtrails.

Sounds to me like a fake e-mail scam...  Watch out Bill, Matthew,s on
