If you can make a measured drawing of it someone like ron hock should be able to
make you one.

[OldTools] Source of reprocutters for Preston Reeder?
Friends,
If anyone knows of a source of reproduction cutters, or cutter blanks
which will fit an Edw. Preston adjustable reeder, I'd be grateful for
the info. Images of the tool and the cutters are here, on Jim Bode's site:
http://www.jimbodetools.com/PRESTON-Beader-with-3-Fences-8-Cutters-and-
Blanks-p45609.html">http://www.jimbodetools.com/PRESTON-Beader-with-3-Fences-8
-Cutters-and-Blanks-p45609.html
or here, in an old Martin Donnelly catalogue:
https://www.mjdtools.com/ToolItem.php?item=158389&list=487
The distinguishing feature of the cutter blanks is the three slots: a
longitudinal centre slot to accommodate the cap iron securing screw, and
the the cross-ways slot towards each end of the cutter to fit the
adjuster wheel.
Thanks,
Tony B
