Here is a knife that has been in my shop for ever,  It is marked “Red Devil”
with no number.

I use it to clean out fret slots on a guitar before installing the frets.   I
ground it down from its original .032 to .022 or so to fit the .023 fret slots.

It has a flat edge to it already and will be easy to sharpen as a scraper
