Ed:

You do realize that when you arrive at home there is going to be a few dozen
people in your living room, waiting for you, there to stage an intervention.
Dude, you need help. It is not healthy what you are doing! All those tools in
your shop? What are you going to do with those? Think of all the poor people
in Appalachia and California and Michigan and Iowa who can't do woodworking
because you are hoarding all those tools! Think of your poor starving spouse
and emaciated children who don't have enough food because you've spent all your
money buying all those tools!

But, yes, the shop does look really pretty.

GGG

When we moved to our new house 8 years ago, I took all the cr*p from old
basement shop and just set it up logically in the new basement shop as it came
off the truck. So I finally decided to make-over the hand tool 1/2 of the area
- at 14X19' it a very generous size that is in the same room as the p*w*r stuff
- total shop 30X19'. A side benefit is that I can finally separate the users
from the accumulation.

The foundation is a pre-fab insulated construction, but I added more insulation
and screwed plywood on the walls. Painted white it really makes a difference.
The bench is way out in the middle all by itself - plenty of room to work all
around, with all the users in easy reach
