Did anyone else catch this one on the *bay? I wish I had put in a bid as it is a pretty cool folk type item. I have a box that works much like this that my great grandfather made. It is a simple mechanism but this one is so well executed. http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1024993016&r=0&t- =0&showTutorial=0&ed=1005164101&indexURL=0&rd=1 Maybe some folks on the list with too much time on thier hands (BRIAN!!!) might be interested in making a reproduction. Looks liek a cool project to me.... Roger B. ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~- Roger D. Roger shows us a "trick plane" and then singles me out! Well, it looks like they have already taken the pictures down. Did anyone grab them beofre they were gone (ROGER???). If so I would apprciate it if someone could send them to me. I'm very curious to see this thing. Roger, are you going to be able to make the MWTCA tool meet in Blountstown next Saturday? If you need a place to stay the offer still stands. I've got a nice big pile of comfy shavings all ready for you out in the shop! Hey, it beats sleeping in the back of that truck. And you won't have to worry about those mice that moved into my shop for the winter either. Your "reciepe" of peanut butter and oats worked like a charm! ;^) All joking aside, please plan to stay with us (inside the house) if you are able to come. Best, Brian.
