I myself do use a #2, but I palm the tote and do not wrap my hand around it. 
Ii find it is easier to handle than the #3 because I CAN palm it as with the 
#3 I can't.  Would you be willing to sale the lever cap? I've been looking 
for one since mine broke. Thanks, Brian
