86644 JPark1812@a... Nov-24-2000 Help ID saw & bevel

Hi guys

Went to an auction and actually found some nice items here in rust world. But
there are a couple of things I am wondering about:

1> Saw is a Disston & Son (no s) interchangeable style split end blade
with an 1874 patent date in a Disston & Morse handle that is a bevel /
square style , sorta like somebody took the bevel blade out & made a strange
pad saw like tool. Any body seen this before?

2> a cast iron bevel like the early Stanley #18 but not marked or plated. The
bevel blade is marked Sargeant and has an 1872 pat. Did Sargeant make these
also ?

3 > The third object was put up as a "saw set" which it is not but has a
hammer and cam set up that whacked something when you turned a handle. Neat
with brass, japanning and nickel. Anybody heard of an E. E. Cunningham Corp
that had a 1874 patent for weird hammer thinggys ?
