73752 FrankSronce <sroncef@f...> Jan-21-2000 Brace Question

Fellow galoots,

I need some brace help. I picked up a small ratchet brace today with
the following markings:

"4906" on one arm (frame piece); on another arm is "Made in <TEXTO> USA"
("< >" indicates an oval around the word TEXTO, and I am not positive
about the first T); on the opposite side of one of the arms is "W U
TELCO". Handle and head seem to be rosewood.

The two-jaw chuck doesn't seem to have any markings. The swing seems
to be about 7 inches. I thought the "06" in the "4906" might mean
that it had a 6 inch swing, but I can't seem to measure any way that
would give me quite that small a swing. Any ideas about the brace
and its maker?
