Thanks, but it is NOT my work.
Let me clarify that right here and now for folks that might be under that
mistaken  impression.

That work is based entirely on the instructions provided by Dave Wachnicki
( http://www.ncworkshops.com ) in conjunction w/ a class I took from, him
at The Windsor Institute.

All I did was add some pretty pictures to it, and Web-ify it and tried to
explain some minor points a little differently.
