73619 "David Sawyer" <dsawyer72@h...> Jan-18-2000 Resurrected mystery plane

A few months ago I asked the list what type of plane I had.  Gary Paine
informed me that it was a coachmaker's T-Rabbit plane.  He also sent me an
old molding plane blade to adapt for the blade.  The picture and some more

One question for the group, are there any techniques to making the perfect
wedge besides carving away with various blanks? Mine is close, but not
perfect, and it comes loose fairly easily.

I would like to thank Gary Paine for all of his assistance in getting this
plane working again.
