68457 "Bill Taggart" <ILikeRust@w...> Sep-24-1999 Free trees in NJ

A woman I work with has a few trees that she wants gone. She lives in Lake
Hopatcong, NJ.

One is already down, thanks to Floyd. The others she will have taken down by
a tree service, since they're large and right near her small house. I didn't
measure the diameter of any of them, but you could definitely get some good
wood out of them - I don't think I'm going to take all that much, so anyone
in the area who's interested, let me know.

The one that's down is a hickory of some sort. About four main trunks, the
largest is probably something like 18-20" dia.

The ones that are standing and will come down are:

An ash - it's straight as an arrow with no branches for something like 25
feet or more. It's quite tall, and is leaning, because the hickory hit it on
the way down.

Two REALLY big oaks. I think they're pin oaks, but they're so tall, I can't
see the leaves real clearly.

Let me know if you're interested.
