Greetings GG's, Jim, Bob  and all.  I trolled for info on this awhile
back with some uncertainty as regards the identification.  Take a
peek at the URL and join the fun. So far it has been suggested that
it might be either a Chapin (Tower & Lyon) or a Seigley.  Anyone know
for sure based upon these pics?
