I  run the wheel toward me,[counter clockwise] and I take a string and tie
it on the handle and then have it connected to a small wooden board[10in.?]
that has a cross piece that goes into my bench leg and you work that with
your foot after getting it spinning.Works fine for me ,but I do have to turn
off the radio somtimes....Todd
