I also use Nicholsons DX slim for 14 TPI. I noticed that the
corner radius varies from file to file. Not a lot, but enough to
make a difference on the gullet. I usually ask for the box and
pick a few that seem to have the smallest radius.
Still, can't understand how it can vary that much...
