Frog Tools has what they call their "Bow Saw Tangs" (if you've not seen
them, these are the flat pieces to which the blades are held by screws; if
you have a Garrett Wade catlogue handy, this what is used on the bowsaws
they sell).

Frog also sell bowsaw frames and have a nice assortment of blades (lengths
and widths).
