55315 ERDMANJ@U... Dec-30-1998 Tools FS

Hello Galoots,
I have a few tools that I'd like to sell so that I have a little cash to take
to any auctions this winter.
Standard Old Tools terms if your name is familiar to me. Shipping is extra
on all items; I prefer to ship USPS unless UPS is cheaper for heavier items, as
I have to pay a surcharge on UPS at the store that ships stuff.

Millers Falls 714 Buck Rogers jack plane, complete except for the little red
plastic piece that fits in the top end of the lateral lever. (seems to be
missing quite often.) Decided that I don't really need this when I see what
they go for nowadays. Make me an offer I can't refuse.

Stanley #40 scrub plane, complete, most of the japanning on the inside remains,
the tote and knob are proper beech, tote has most of its varnish, knob is
bare, lots of blade left. $60.

Saw vise $15. (shipping can run $8 to $10 on these)

Stanley #14-4" adjustable square $100.

Millers Falls 2500 eggbeater drill, almost all paint remains, $12.

Goodell-Pratt breast drill (#7??) 2 speed, 2 jaw chuck for square tanged bits,
most of the paint remains, red paint on large gear is crinkley $25.

Mohawk-Shelbourne breast drill, 2 speed, 3jaw chuck for round bits, gear moves
to change speeds. Missing the side handle, otherwise very nice. $15.

I may not be checking my e-mail often over the long New Year weekend, so
don't be surprised if replies are slow.
