Yep. a plan (not just a picture), with dimensions and 3-D views,
can be found in Aldren Watson, HAND TOOLS, THEIR WAYS AND WORKINGS, (NY,
Lyons and Burford, 1996, ISBN 1-55821-224-8) p. 400. The description and
tips on use are on pp. 199-200. This book, BTW, was originally published
by Norton in 1982. I found the reprint in Barnes and Noble sometime in the
past year. It has a lot of galootinous information, and clear plans for
several benches, jigs and fixtures for hand tool use, along with a lot
about the tools themselves.
