It's worth the drive (but bring your SWMBO and do some sightseeing on the
way home).  The one time I made it had a dozen or two dozen dealers along
one aisle at the end of a regular flea market.  It's a short aisle, but
lots of tools from real dealers were there.  Good bargins (and some lousy
prices so pay attention).

Finding it was a pain (and I had the postcard showing where it's at) and
parking was terrible but well worth the effort.  Get there in the morning
(any time is fine, I got there late and still found plenty of bargins
including a nice #8 for $50 and a #66 beader for $15).  Get a map of
Oakland from AAA and look for the parking lot (it's in a smallish parking
lot).

If you come towards Oakland from the South, you can see the flea market
from the highway.
