Chris, why not add the info amid the stuff the server appends to the 
bottom of each post.  Maybe a link to a place where the specifics are 
posted if you don't want to clutter the addenda too much.

Not a bad idea.  Maybe instead, I'll add a section to the FAQ.

I put some information in the FAQ, but basically you can make a
contribution to me via PayPal by using my email address
(cswingle@g...).  There is also a GoFundMe site:
http://www.gofundme.com/kqe84g if
that seems easier than PayPal.  And
plain old USPS mail, of course, although you'll have to ask me for my
address, since I'd rather not make that any more public than it
probably already is.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far.  I'll post a summary
when it seems like things have cooled off, but current amount means
that I should be able to upgrade the hardware on the server to handle
the additional traffic the List adds (it's a virtual machine, so this
is easy...).
